Your data, short and honest.
LakeVisuals is Joost's video studio in Tilburg, the Netherlands. This statement explains what data I process when you visit this website or send a request, why, and how long I keep it. Questions or a request? Email Joost@LakeVisuals.nl.
Visiting the website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. For visitor statistics I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without tracking you across websites. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site, which is why there is no cookie banner.
When you request a shoot
Through "Plan your shoot" I ask for your name, your business or organisation, how to reach you (WhatsApp, email or phone) and your answers about your project. I only use this to respond to your request and make a proposal. The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Where your data is kept
- Supabase: the database holding requests, in the EU (Stockholm, eu-north-1).
- Resend: sends the notification of your request to my inbox.
- Cloudflare: hosting, cookieless statistics and spam protection (Turnstile).
Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. I never sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long
Requests that don't lead to a project are deleted automatically after 12 months. If you become a client, the terms of our agreement apply.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by emailing Joost@LakeVisuals.nl. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
